This recipe has always been a part of my family since I was a little kid. My Grams made these heavenly treats all the time! I couldn’t wait until it was Sunday because that was the day we always went to her house! You should have seen her worked around the kitchen, oh, man, she was a Goddess! I learned a lot from her. Mostly recipes! This Pizza Rolls recipe is just one of them. Now, I get to share t with you as well. I have listed all the ingredients and directions so all you have to do is to follow them step by step and you are good to go! As perfect as this recipe already is, feel free to add more to it if you wish. I am sure that you can do a lot to make this very simple recipe even better! Ingredients:
2 tubes of refrigerated pizza crust
garlic salt
Italian seasoning, to taste
1 c shredded mozzarella cheese, to taste
½ c Parmesan cheese
1 c sliced and chopped pepperoni
marinara sauce
Directions:
Prepare the oven and preheat to 218 degrees C or 425 degrees F.
Sprinkle flour onto a flat surface.
Put the pizza crust onto the flat surface, then roll them out.
Sprinkle Italian seasoning and garlic salt over each crust.
Top each crust with Mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, and pepperoni. Make sure to spread them evenly.
Roll each crust, then slice each into 1-inch pieces.
Apply cooking spray in a baking pan.
Arrange the pizza rolls onto the prepared pan.
Place them inside the preheated oven and bake for about 10 minutes or until the pizza rolls turn golden brown.
Serve hot with marinara sauce. Enjoy!
