Ingredients:
12 ounces white chocolate chips
½ c roughly chopped dried cranberries
½ c roughly chopped pistachios
Directions:
Line with parchment paper a baking sheet.
Add the chips into a heat-proof bowl, then place them inside the microwave. Heat the chips for about 30 seconds.
Remove from the microwave and stir until the texture becomes smooth.
Add 1 tablespoon of dried cranberries and pistachios, then stir until well blended.
Transfer the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it evenly.
Sprinkle the rest of the pistachios and cranberries on top.
Place it inside the fridge to chill.
Remove from the fridge, then slice it into even pieces.
Serve and enjoy!
