2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon pepper
¼ c butter, divided
2 green bell peppers, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
10 pieces provolone cheese, diced
1-2 c vegetable oil
16 Egg roll wrappers
Directions:
Season the ribeye steaks.
Place them inside a ziplock bag as well as the Worcestershire sauce. Shake the bag until well coated. Allow them to marinate for about half an hour.
Place a skillet on the stove and turn the heat to medium-high.
Add 2 tbsp of butter and allow it to melt.
Remove the steaks from the back.
Put the marinated steaks into the skillet and sear each side for about 4 minutes or until they turn brown.
Line a baking sheet with aluminium foil.
Remove the steaks from the skillet and place them onto the prepared baking sheet.
Prepare the oven and preheat to 200 degrees C or 400 degrees F.
Place it inside the preheated oven and bake for about 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, add butter into the same skillet and allow it to melt.
Add the onions and bell pepper. Saute until soft.
Remove the skillet from the heat.
Slice the steaks into small cuts, then put them into the skillet. Stir until well mixed.
Top the steaks with provolone cheese.
For the Egg Rolls:
Top each egg roll with the meat mixture.
Fold each egg roll and seal the sides. Repeat the process with the rest of the ingredients.
Place a large pan on the stove and turn the heat to medium-high.
Add oil and allow it to become hot.
Add the egg rolls and cook each side until golden brown.
Remove the egg rolls from the pan onto a clean plate lined with paper towels to drain any excess oil.
Serve hot with your preferred dipping sauce. Enjoy!
