Ingredients:
6 large Yukon Gold Potatoes
¼ cup olive oil
1 ½ tsp paprika
1 ¼ tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp cumin
⅓ – ½ tsp chili powder
¼ tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
Directions:
Step 1: Prepare the oven and preheat to 230 degrees C or 450 degrees F.
Step 2: Line with parchment paper a rimmed baking sheet.
Step 3: Slice the peeled potatoes and put them in a large mixing bowl.
Step 4: In a separate small mixing bowl, add the spices and olive oil. Stir until well combined.
Step 5: Drizzle the olive oil mixture on top of the potatoes.
Step 6: Transfer the potatoes onto the prepared baking sheet.
Step 7: Place the baking sheet inside the preheated oven and bake for about 35 minutes at 225 degrees C or 450 degrees F or until fork-tender and crispy.
Step 8: Remove the potatoes from the oven and sprinkle salt on top if you want.
Step 9: Serve and enjoy!
