Ingredients
3 ½ c. cooked egg noodles
1 lb ground beef
1 c. mild, chunky salsa
¼ c. sliced black olives
(1) (15.25 ounce) can of kidney beans, drained and rinsed
(1) (15-ounce) can of sweet corn, drained
¼ c. taco sauce
½ c. tomato sauce
1 (1.25 ounce) package of taco seasoning mix
How to make Throw Together Mexican Casserole
Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 325 degrees F or 165 degrees C.
Step 2: Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until no longer pink. Then, drain the excess grease.
Step 3: Place the corn, beef, olives, salsa, noodles, beans, seasoning mix, taco sauce, and tomato sauce in a small baking dish. Mix well until blended.
Step 4: Place in the preheated oven and bake for about 30 minutes until done.
Step 5: Remove from the oven when done and serve the casserole right away. Enjoy!
