Ingredients:
1 c shredded cheddar cheese
8 slices of cheddar cheese
8 hoagie rolls
3 chicken breasts
8 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 tsp garlic powder
1 packet ranch seasoning
2 (8 ounces) packages of cream cheese
Directions:
In the slow cooker, cream cheese, chicken, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and ranch seasoning. Stir until blended.
Cover and seal the slow cooker, then cook everything for about 3 to 4 hours on a high setting.
Butter the hoagie rolls, then bake them in the oven at 350 degrees F for a few minutes.
Top each toasted hoagie roll with the chicken, crumbled bacon, and a slice of cheddar cheese.
