All you need for this recipe is one pot and these ingredients! This Spaghetti Bolognaise Bake is a must-try, I’m telling you! The perfect dish to serve for dinner with your loved ones. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
2 tubs of Cream cheese
¾ – 1 c Mozzarella cheese
¾ – 1 c Gouda Cheese
2 garlic cloves, peeled + chopped
500g minced beef
1 onion, finely chopped
⅓ c tomato paste
1 can of chopped tomatoes
3½ c beef stock
1 large carrot, finely chopped
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 teaspoon parsley
Fatti’s & Moni’s Bellissimo Bucatini, 250g
1-2 stalks of celery, finely chopped
1 tablespoon olive oil
Directions:
Place a cast-iron pot on the stove and turn the heat to medium.
Add oil and allow it to become hot.
Add the carrots, celery, and onions. Cook for about 5 to 8 minutes or until soft and translucent.
Add the mince and garlic, then cook for about 5 to 8 minutes or until crumbly and brown.
Add stock, salt, pepper, tomato paste, and tomato slices. Stir until well blended.
Cover the pot, then allow the mixture to boil.
Add parsley and stir until well blended.
Add in the Fatti’s & Moni’s Bellissimo Bucatini, then stir until well mixed. Cook the pasta for about 5 to 7 minutes or until al dente and the sauce becomes a bit thick. Remove the pot from the stove.
Add cream cheese over the spaghetti in a spoonful.
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and Gouda cheese over the spaghetti.
Prepare the oven and preheat to 350 degrees F or 180 degrees C.
Transfer the cast-iron pot inside the preheated oven and bake for about 10 to 15 minutes or until the cheese has melted completely and turns golden brown.
Remove the One-Pot Spaghetti Bolognaise Bake and allow it to rest for a few minutes at room temperature.
Sprinkle freshly chopped basil leaves on top to garnish.
