You probably have your scrambled eggs recipe, but you need to give this one a try! I promise you that this recipe is simply the best! Let me share with you a little secret. Did you know that the key to the perfect eggs is by whisking them? I don’t recommend you use a stand mixer. It is best to use your muscles for this. I promise you that you will have the fluffiest eggs ever! Give this recipe a try now, and prepare to be amazed!
Ingredients:
2 tbsp butter
½ c milk
salt and pepper to taste
8 Eggs
Directions:
Add the cracked eggs into a mixing bowl. Beat until the texture becomes smooth and creamy.
Add the milk and whisk again until well blended. You can use a stand mixer for this step.
Place a non-stick skillet on the stove and turn the heat to medium-low.
Add butter into the skillet and allow it to melt. The butter should bubble a bit before you add the beaten eggs.
Add the eggs, then cook one side for one minute. You mustn’t stir the eggs at this point. Season with salt and pepper.
Add the sauteed mushrooms, minced herbs, tomato slices, shredded cheese, and pretty much anything that you want to add to your eggs.
Scrape the eggs with a wooden spatula from the sides to the middle. You should get soft curds.
Remove the skillet from the heat, and then stir the eggs a little more.
Move the eggs onto a clean serving plate.
Serve right away and enjoy!
Notes:
I like serving these scrambled eggs with some bacon and bread. Don’t forget the coffee!
