Ingredients:
½ tsp minced garlic
2 tbsp butter, melted, divided
½ tsp paprika
1–8 oz. block cream cheese, cubed
¼ tsp dried parsley flakes
⅛ tsp dried oregano
1 – one-ounce package dry ranch dressing packet
1–10 ¾ oz. can cream of chicken soup or make your own
½ c chicken broth
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Directions:
Rinse the chicken breasts with water to clean them.
Place the chicken breasts into a crockpot and arrange them in a single layer on the bottom.
Sprinkle paprika and ranch dressing on top of the chicken breasts. Toss until well coated.
Pour 1 tbsp of melted butter on top of the chicken breasts.
Cover and seal the crockpot, then cook the chicken breasts for about 4 hours over low heat.
When the chicken breasts are ready, place a saucepan on the stove and turn the heat to low.
Add 1 tbsp of butter and allow it to melt.
Add the minced garlic into the hot pan and sauté for a minute or until aromatic.
Add cream cheese, cream of chicken soup, parsley flakes, dried oregano, and ½ cup of chicken broth into the saucepan. Stir everything until well blended.
Transfer the mixture into the pot with the chicken breasts, then stir until well incorporated.
Cover and seal the crockpot again, then cook everything for 2 more hours over low heat.
