I am obsessed with these frozen s’mores! They are an excellent treat for hot summer days. These frozen s’mores have layers of chocolate/marshmallow/graham crackers. Whip up a batch and keep them in the freezer for a refreshing grab-and-go treat!
INGREDIENTS
4 ounces of cream cheese, softened
1 box instant chocolate pudding (6 serving size)
7 ounces marshmallow creme
8 ounces frozen whipped topping, thawed
2.5 c. cold milk
16 Graham crackers
How to make Frozen S’mores
Step 1: Using foil or parchment paper, line a 9 x 13-inch pan, letting the paper overhang the pan.
Step 2: Place the pudding mix and milk in a medium bowl. Beat well until smooth and creamy. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan, spreading to an even layer.
Step 3: Combine the marshmallow layer while you chill the pudding layer.
Step 4: Beat the cream cheese and marshmallow cream in a medium bowl until smooth. Then, fold in the whipping topping.
Step 5: Over the chocolate layer, spread the marshmallow layer, then tent using foil.
Step 6: Place in the freezer for about 6 hours until firm enough to cut. Note that the freezing time varies depending on your freezer.
Step 7: Remove the layers from the pan using the foil and parchment paper. On a cutting board, transfer the layers.
Step 8: In half, bread 15 graham crackers. Into 15 squares the same as the graham crackers, slice the pudding/marshmallow layers. Before slicing, wait for about 15 minutes if the layers have frozen very hard.
Step 9: In between two graham crackers, sandwich the layers.
Step 10: Enjoy the Frozen S’mores immediately or place them in an airtight bag or container and freeze them. Before serving, let the frozen S’mores sit for about 15 to 20 minutes at room temperature for the best texture.
TIP:
For a slightly lighter texture, whisk about a quarter of the whipped topping into the chocolate pudding layer. Into the marshmallow layer, combine the remaining whipped topping.
