Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tbsp olive oil
Rub
4 tsp paprika
4 tsp brown sugar
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
Directions:
Prepare the oven and preheat to 225 degrees C or 450 degrees F.
Rub olive oil all over the chicken.
In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients for the rub. Stir until well mixed.
Sprinkle the rub mixture on top of the chicken and use your hands to make sure that the chicken breasts are well coated.
Arrange the chicken breasts onto a baking sheet. Make sure to leave a space between each chicken.
Place them inside the preheated oven and bake for about 10 minutes.
Flip the chicken breasts and cook the other sides for another 20 minutes or until done.
Remove them from the oven and cover for about 10 minutes.
