How to make Easy Crockpot Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches
Step 1: Using non-stick cooking spray, grease a slow cooker.
Step 2: Into the prepared slow cooker, place the chicken, buffalo sauce, and ranch seasoning mix. Set to cook for 4 to 5 hours on low or 3 hours on high.
Step 3: Using two forks, shred the meat once the chicken is completely cooked. The way I do this is I transfer the chicken to a cutting board, shred it, and return the shredded chicken to the Instant Pot along with the juices.
Step 4: To the crockpot, add 2 tbsp butter. Let it melt, then stir until blended with the rest of the ingredients.
Step 5: Serve this crockpot buffalo chicken on hoagie rolls and make sure to drizzle it with a bit of ranch dressing. Or enjoy it with crumbled blue cheese or coleslaw.
