This is another awesome recipe made in the Air Fryer! My friends told me to buy an Air Fryer because they said it is the best! Now, I know what they are talking about! Since then, I’ve been using it daily to cook my meal! This Crispy Broccoli is just one of the recipes I learned that involves an Air Fryer. This is a very simple one. All you need to do is to season the broccoli and cook them! It’s the perfect side dish when eating fried chicken, steak, or fried pork chops. Add some mashed potatoes, and you have yourself a meal to remember. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
2 tbsp (30 ml) oil (approximately)
Fresh lemon wedges
½ tsp (2.5 ml) garlic powder
salt, to taste
Fresh cracked black pepper, to taste
1 lb. (454 g) broccoli, cut into bite-sized pieces
Directions:
Prepare the Air Fryer and preheat it to 380 degrees F
In a large mixing bowl, add the sliced broccoli.
Add olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder over the broccoli slices. Toss everything until well combined.
Transfer the broccoli into the basket of the preheated Air Fryer.
Cover and seal the fryer, then cook the broccoli for about 12 to 15 minutes or until done. During the cooking time, turn the broccoli at least twice to evenly cook all sides.
Transfer the broccoli onto a serving plate.
Serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side. Enjoy!
Notes:
You can add Parmesan cheese or cheddar cheese if you wish.
I like serving this with fried chicken, steak, or pork chops.
You don’t need to worry about leftovers because I know there won’t be any!
