Ingredients:
1 box Brownie mix
1 c Sugar
1 ½ c Light Corn syrup
4 Eggs
¼ c Unsalted butter
1 ½ tsp Vanilla extract
2 c Pecans roughly chopped
Directions:
Step 1: Prepare the oven and preheat according to the directions provided on the package.
Step 2: Place a small saucepan on the stove and add in the corn syrup, sugar, butter, eggs, and vanilla. Whisk until well mixed.
Step 3: Turn the heat to medium-high and cook until done while stirring.
Step 4: Refer to the directions provided on the brownies package on how to mix it.
Step 5: Apply cooking spray in a 13×9-inch baking pan.
Step 6: Transfer the brownie mixture into the prepared baking pan.
Step 7: Place it inside the preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes or until done.
Step 8: Meanwhile, add in the pecans into the saucepan and cook for about 2 to 3 minutes or until the texture becomes runny.
Step 9: Remove the brownies from the oven and spread the pecan pie filling on top of it.
Step 10: Put it back inside the oven and bake for another 25 to 30 minutes or until done.
Step 11: Remove from the oven and allow it to cool at room temperature.
