Ingredients:
CRUST
3 cups all-purpose flour
½ cup sugar
2 stick butter
½ tablespoon salt
PECAN PIE BAR FILLING
4 large Eggs
1 ½ cups light corn syrup
¾ cup sugar
¾ cup brown sugar, firmly packed
3 tablespoons butter, melted
1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract
2 ½ cups pecans, in pieces
Directions:
Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.
Add ½ cup sugar, flour, 2 sticks of butter, and ½ tsp of salt into a large mixing bowl. Beat until well combined.
Apply cooking spray in a 10×15-inch pan.
Pour the crust into the prepared pan and spread it evenly.
Place it inside the preheated oven and bake for about 10 minutes.
In a mixing bowl, add eggs, sugar, corn syrup, chopped pecans, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Beat until well combined.
Pour the mixture into the prepared crust and spread it evenly.
Put it back inside the oven and bake for another 35 minutes or until done.
Remove from the oven and allow it to cool completely at room temperature.
Slice into even pieces.
