This recipe has always been a part of our family since we were kids! I remember Grandma used to make these heavenly treats every time we came and visited her. She was a very good pastry chef and all that I know in the kitchen, I owe it all to her! Anyway, with a very minimal set of ingredients, you can have the best snack food ever! I love serving these bad boys with hot cocoa or cold iced tea. Oh, man, they are simply the best! These ingredients are pretty basic so feel free to add more as you go along with the baking process. For example, try adding chocolate chips. They give a nice colour and sweeter taste! I hope you all love and appreciate this simple yet delicious recipe. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
2 cups peanut butter
1 (12 ounces) package semisweet chocolate chips
1 (11 ounces) package butterscotch chips
1 teaspoon canola oil
3 cups shoestring potatoes
Directions:
Step 1: Place a saucepan on the stove and turn the heat to low.
Step 2: Add the chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butterscotch chips. Allow the ingredients to melt while stirring continuously.

Step 4: Remove the saucepan from the heat and add potatoes. Stir until well combined.
Step 5: Spoon the mixture into a waxed paper.
Step 6: Place it inside the fridge to chill for at least 2 hours.
