Ingredients:
1 c White Karo
2 c Raw Peanuts
2 c Sugar1 tsp. Salt
2 tbsp Butter
2 teaspoons Vanilla
2 teaspoons Baking Soda
Directions:
Step 1: In a 3-quart microwave-safe casserole dish, add the raw peanuts, Karo syrup, salt, and sugar.
Step 2: Place the casserole dish inside the microwave and cook for 4 minutes on a high setting.
Step 3: Remove the casserole dish from the microwave and stir until well mixed.
Step 4: Put it back inside the microwave and cook for another 4 minutes.
Step 5: Remove from the microwave and stir until well combined.
Step 6: Put it back again inside the microwave and cook for 4 more minutes.
Step 7: Remove it again and stir, then put it back inside the microwave again and cook for 2 more minutes.
Step 8: Remove from the microwave, then add butter and vanilla extract.
Step 9: Put the back inside the microwave again and this time, turn the heat up to high and cook for 1 minute.
Step 10: Remove from the microwave and add baking soda. Stir until well mixed.
Step 11: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 12: Transfer the Peanut Brittle to the prepared baking sheet and spread it evenly.
Step 13: Let the Peanut Brittle cool for at least 1 hour at room temperature.
Step 14: Break it into small bites.
Step 15: Serve and enjoy!
