Ingredients:
1 egg
2 pounds Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
1 teaspoon minced Garlic
4 tablespoons Butter
1 tablespoon Water
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
2 c Shredded Parmesan Cheese
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon Black Pepper
Directions:
Slice each chicken breast into two.
Wrap each chicken slice with plastic wrap, then gently pound each to about ½-inch thick.
Add water and egg into a mixing bowl. Beat until well mixed.
Add salt, pepper, and garlic. Whisk until well combined.
In another mixing bowl, add the Parmesan cheese.
Dredge each chicken piece into the egg mixture, then into the Parmesan cheese. Make sure to coat each well and shake off any excess.
Place a large skillet on the stove and turn the heat to high.
Add butter and oil, then allow them to become hot.
Add the chicken pieces and cook each side for about 3 minutes or until they turn brown. Use a spatula to flip each chicken.
Remove from the skillet onto a serving plate.
Serve hot and enjoy!
