These Parmesan Chicken Roll-Ups never fail to make our dining experience extra awesome! They are meaty and cheesy, which makes every bite very satisfying! This is surely a must-try recipe that you will enjoy preparing!
Ingredients:
¼ +3 tbsp of grated Parmesan cheese
4 slices of deli-style mozzarella cheese
1 c marinara sauce
salt and pepper
½ c of mayonnaise
3 tbsp butter
8 pieces of uncooked chicken tenderloins
1 can of refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
Directions:
Prepare the oven and preheat to 190 degrees C or 375 degrees F.
Apply cooking spray to a cookie sheet.
Sprinkle salt and pepper over the chicken tenderloins, then toss until well coated.
Place a skillet on the stove and turn the heat to medium-high. Add butter and allow it to melt.
Add the chicken tenderloins into the hot skillet, then cook all sides for about 10 minutes or until they turn golden brown.
Add ¼ cup of Parmesan cheese and mayonnaise into a mixing bowl. Stir until well blended.
Roll out each crescent roll, then add a chicken slice to one end of the roll. Spoon a bit of the mayonnaise mixture over each chicken and spread it evenly. Top each with a slice of mozzarella cheese. Roll it up and place it onto the cookie sheet. Repeat the process with the rest of the ingredients.
Add the rest of the butter into a heat-proof bowl, then place it in the microwave and heat for a few minutes until completely melted.
Brush each crescent roll with the melted butter.
Sprinkle the rest of the grated Parmesan cheese on top.
Place the Parmesan Chicken Roll Ups in the preheated oven and bake for about 15 minutes or until they turn golden brown.
Remove from the oven and allow them to rest for a few minutes at room temperature.
Serve with marinara sauce!
