I got this recipe last week online. I am so glad that I gave it a try because I never would have tasted how delicious this Parmesan Chicken Bake is! Oh, man, you are so in for a treat! My only advice to you is to be very generous with the amount of cheese that you are going to add. Just do it and thank me later! You might as well just cut off the salt if you want to take my advice. Anyway, I have listed all the things you will be needing so all you have to do is to follow them step by step and you are good to go! Have a great day, friends. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
1 cup light mayonnaise or Greek yoghurt (I have done ½ of each as well)
½ cup fresh parmesan cheese, plus more for the top
6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 ½ teaspoons seasoning salt (Not regular table salt)
½ teaspoon pepper
Directions:
Prepare the oven and preheat to 190 degrees C or 375 degrees F.
Apply cooking spray in a 9×13-inch glass pan.
Arrange the chicken breasts into the prepared pan. Make sure to leave a small space between each chicken.
In a mixing bowl, add the rest of the ingredients and stir until well combined.
Spread the mixture on top of every chicken breast.
Top each with Parmesan cheese.
Place the pan inside the preheated oven and bake for about 45 minutes or until done.
Remove from the oven and allow it to cool for a few minutes at room temperature.
Serve and enjoy!
Note:
Be careful with the amount of salt that you are going to add. The dish might get very salty.
