I cooked this dish one time during a friend visit. She was shocked at how delicious it is, and how parmesan complements the overall dish. I didn’t expect it to turn out like that, but you know every time my friend and I talked, she always asked me to cook this dish when she visits us.
servings: 4 | Prep time: 5 Mins | Cook: 45 Mins
Ingredients
Four boneless pork chops,
½″ thick
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup Parmesan cheese
1 cup Italian bread crumbs
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Directions
Start the dish by preheating the oven at 350° F or 170° C. Use a baking dish with cooking spray and spray it in the pan.
Mix the parmesan cheese, Italian bread crumbs, black pepper, and garlic powder on a plate.
Rub the pork chops with olive oil and dip it in the cheese mixture. Please make sure the pork is fully coated, and it absorbs the mixture.
Place the pork in the prepared baking dish.
Bake in the preheated oven, and wait for 40-45 minutes or until the pork turns golden brown.
