Ingredients:
1 c (or more if needed) Barbecue sauce of your choice
3-4 lbs. St Louis Ribs
For the Spice Rub:
½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 teaspoons dried oregano
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon brown sugar
2 tablespoons paprika
1 tablespoon salt
2 teaspoons black pepper
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients for the marinade. Stir until well blended.
Coat all sides of the ribs with marinade, then let them rest for at least 15 minutes.
Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.
Wrap the coated ribs with foil, then put them onto a baking sheet.
Place the ribs inside the preheated oven and bake for about 2 hours or until fork-tender.
Remove from the oven and brush each top with BBQ sauce.
Bake the ribs for another 25 minutes or until done.
Remove from the oven and let the ribs rest for a few minutes at room temperature.
Serve warm and enjoy!
