Ingredients:
For 2 pork chops make the recipe as is. For 4 chops double the recipe for 6 chops triple the recipe.
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp lemon juices
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp ketchup
Directions:
Prepare the oven and preheat to 220 degrees C or 425 degrees F.
In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients for the sauce. Stir until well mixed.
For the Pork Chops:
Arrange the pork chops in a baking dish.
Spread half of the sauce on top of the pork chops.
Cover the pork chops with aluminium foil.
Place it inside the preheated oven and bake for about 30 minutes.
Remove from the oven and discard the liquid from the baking dish.
Add the other half of the sauce and spread it evenly over the pork chops.
Put it back inside the oven and bake for another 30 minutes without the cover.
For the Spare Ribs:
Prepare the oven and preheat to 220 degrees C or 425 degrees F.
Arrange the spare ribs into a baking dish.
Mix all the ingredients for the sauce. Make sure to double the amount of each ingredient.
Spread half of the sauce over the ribs.
Cover them with foil and bake for about 30 minutes.
Discard the liquid, then spread the other half of the sauce on top.
Bake for another 30 minutes or until done.
