Ingredients:
1 tsp lemon juice
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
For 2 pork chops make the recipe as is. For 4 chops, double the recipe for 6 chops triple the recipe.
Directions:
Prepare the oven and preheat to 218 degrees C or 425 degrees F.
In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients for the sauce. Stir until well blended.
Pork Chops:
Add the pork chops into a baking dish and arrange them in a single layer.
Add half of the sauce on top of the pork chops and spread it evenly.
Cover the baking dish with aluminium foil.
Place the baking dish inside the preheated oven and bake for about 30 minutes. Remove the sauce to the bottom of the baking dish.
Add the rest of the sauce on top of the pork chops. Bake for another 30 minutes or until done. Flip once to cook all sides.
Rest the pork chops at room temperature for a few minutes.
Serve and enjoy!
Spare Ribs:
Pour ½ of the sauce over the spare ribs in a baking dish. Cover with aluminium foil.
Place the baking dish inside the preheated oven and bake for about an hour or until done.
Pour the rest of the sauce over the spare ribs, then bake for another 30 minutes, uncovered.
Remove from the oven and allow the spare ribs to rest for a few minutes at room temperature.
Serve and enjoy!
