Ingredients:
1 tbsp taco seasoning
1 c salsa
1 lb. ground beef
1 c lettuce (shredded)
8 stand taco shells
1 c tomatoes (diced)
1 ½ c taco blend shredded cheese
15 ounces black beans (rinsed and drained)
Directions:
Prepare the oven and preheat to 200 degrees C or 400 degrees F.
Apply cooking spray in a casserole dish.
Arrange the taco shells into the prepared casserole dish. Make sure to leave a small space between each taco shell.
Place a skillet on the stove and turn the heat to medium.
Add the ground beef, then cook until crumbly and brown. Discard excess grease.
Add the taco seasoning, drained black beans, and salt. Stir until well blended. Simmer on low heat.
Fill each taco with the beef mixture, then top each with a generous amount of shredded cheese.
Place them inside the preheated oven and bake for about 10 minutes or until the cheese turns golden brown.
Remove from the oven and garnish each taco with tomato slices and shredded lettuce.

Notes:
Feel free not to use any meat for this recipe. You can just add beans and cheese.
