1 (3-ounce) package of orange jello

How to make Orange Creamsicle Poke Cake
Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 350 degrees F. Using non-stick spray or butter, lightly grease a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Step 2: In a large bowl, place the cake mix, eggs, oil, water, and vanilla extract. Mix well until smooth. Into the prepared baking dish, pour the batter. Place in the preheated oven and bake following the package directions.
Step 3: Remove from the oven when done and allow the cake to cool for about 15 minutes.
Step 4: Using a fork, pierce holes all over the cooled cake.
Step 5: In a large bowl, place the jello mix. Stir in the boiling water until the jello is completely dissolved. Whisk in the cold water at this point. On top of the cake, pour the jello, filling the holes. Tent the cake and keep it in the fridge for at least 2 hours until the jello is set.
Step 6: In another bowl, place the pudding mix. Add the milk, stirring until the mixture has thickened. Then, fold in the frozen whipped topping until blended.
Step 7: In an even layer, spread the mixture over the chilled cake and top with drained mandarin oranges.
Step 8: Slice the cake and serve. Enjoy!
