This recipe has always been a part of my family since I was a little kid. I remember my Grandma used to make this for us all the time. She was full of surprises like this Jello Whip! I am so glad that she taught me this recipe because now, I get to share it with you as well! To Grams, thank you and see you soon! I have listed all the ingredients and directions so all you have to do is to follow them step by step and you are good to go! If you are not a huge fan of Orange, then you are more than welcome to exchange it with your preferred flavour! That’s the beauty of this recipe. You get to tweak it to your liking. Have a wonderful day, friends, and I hope you are all well today. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
1 (.3oz) box of Orange Sugar-Free Jello*
¾ c boiling water
1 c ice water
1 c (8oz) plain non-fat Greek yoghurt
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, add ¾ cup of boiling water, then add the Jello powder. Stir until well mixed. The Jello should be dissolved completely.
Measure 1 cup of ice, then fill the cup with it.
Add the ice water into the bowl with the Jello, then stir until well mixed and thick.
Pour the Jello mixture into a blende as well as 1 cup of yoghurt. Pulse for about 30 seconds on a high setting until well blended.
Transfer the Jello into glasses.
Place the glasses inside the fridge to chill for at least 2 hours.
Serve cold and enjoy!
