2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
How to make Only One Bowl Apple Cake
Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 350 degrees.
Step 2: Place the eggs, sugar, cinnamon, and oil in a large bowl. Mix well until blended. Add in the peeled and sliced apples and toss to coat.
Step 3: Combine the baking soda and flour, then add it to the bowl with the apple mixture. Mix well using a fork until the flour is completely absorbed by the wet ingredients.
Step 4: Into a greased 9 x 13-inch or two 9-inch round pans, pour the mixture. Place in the preheated oven and bake for about 55 minutes.
