2 tubs Cream cheese
Fatti’s & Moni’s Bellissimo Bucatini, 250
3½ cups beef stock
Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions:
Place a cast-iron skillet on the stove and turn the heat to medium.
Add oil and allow it to become hot.
Add the onions, celery, and carrots. Sauté for a few minutes until soft.

Add the tomato slices, stock, tomato paste, salt, and pepper. Stir until well mixed and allow the mixture to boil.
Add parsley and stir until well mixed.
Add the Fatty’s and Moni’s Bellissimo Bucatini, then cook until soft. This usually takes about 5 to 7 minutes.
Remove the skillet from the heat, then add a spoonful of cream cheese over the pasta.
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and gouda on top. Make sure to cover the entire dish.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C.
Place the skillet inside the oven and bake for about 10 minutes or until the cheese turns golden brown.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle freshly chopped basil on top.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
