Ingredients:
3 Garlic Cloves Minced or 1 tablespoon garlic powder
8 oz. Cream Cheese cubed
2 tablespoons Butter
½ c Milk
½ c Shredded Cheddar
Salt and fresh ground pepper, to taste
1 teaspoon Chili Flakes optional
3 14 ounces Frozen Kernel Corn thawed and drained
3 tablespoons Chopped Chives
Directions:
Put a skillet on the stove and turn the heat to medium-high.
Add butter and allow it to melt.
Add the garlic, salt, pepper, and corn. Stir and cook for 5 minutes.
Add the milk and cream cheese, then stir until well blended.
Add the shredded cheese and stir until well blended. Allow it to melt completely.
Remove the skillet from the stove, then sprinkle freshly chopped chives and chilli flakes on top to garnish.
Serve right away and enjoy!
