Ingredients:
8 ounces weight Black Olives
½ cup Mayonnaise
2 stalks Green Onions (scallions)
1 pound Monterey Jack Cheese, Grated
1 loaf French Bread
1 stick Butter, Room Temperature
8 ounces weight Pimiento-stuffed Green Olives
Directions:
Chop the pimiento-stuffed green olives and black olives roughly.
Thinly slice the green onions.
In a large bowl, add the olives, green onions, butter, and mayonnaise. Stir until well blended.
Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.
Slice the French bread lengthwise.
Add the mixture over prepared French bread, then spread it evenly.
Place the bread inside the preheated oven and bake for about 20 minutes or until the cheese has melted completely and turns golden brown.
Serve and enjoy!

Place leftovers on the mixture in an airtight container, then place them inside the fridge. They can last up to 2 days. Serve as a dip.
