Ingredients:
3 tbsp butter
1 onion, diced
2 large carrots, diced
3 stalks celery, diced
1 (28 oz) can whole peeled tomatoes, chopped, juice reserved
1 tsp salt
½ tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp dried parsley
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp paprika
2 quarts beef broth
Directions:
Step 1: Place a large pot on the stove and turn the heat to medium.
Step 2: Add butter and allow it to melt.
Step 3: Add the onion, celery, and carrots. Sauté for a few minutes until soft.
Step 4: Add the tomatoes, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.
Step 5: Add the beef broth and stir until just mixed. Allow the mixture to boil.
Step 6: Turn the heat down to low and simmer everything for about 30 minutes or until done.
Step 7: Serve hot and enjoy!
