You have got to try this recipe if you want to taste perfection! I have listed all the ingredients and directions so all you have to do is to follow them step by step and you are good to go! Ingredients:
⅓ c olive oil
3 teaspoons minced garlic
½ c beef broth
1 large Yellow onion, diced
2 pounds ground beef or turkey
2 ½ c water
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
2 (15 oz.) cans tomato sauce
3 bay leaves
2 (15 oz.) cans of diced tomatoes
1 T Adobo Seasoning
1 c shredded Mozzarella Cheese
2 c elbow macaroni, uncooked
½ c Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 tablespoon seasoned salt
½ tablespoon black pepper
Directions:
Place a large pan on the stove and turn the heat to medium-high.
Add the ground meat, then cook for a few minutes until just brown. Remove from the pan.
In the same pan, add olive oil and allow it to become hot.
Add the onions and garlic, then sauté until soft and aromatic.
Add the tomatoes, tomato sauce, bay leaves, broth, water, adobo seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir until well blended.
Reduce the heat to low, then cover the pan. Simmer everything for 20 minutes. Make sure to stir from time to time.
Add the elbow macaroni and stir until well mixed. Cover the pan and cook the macaroni for about 30 minutes.
Discard the bay leaves, then add cheddar cheese and stir until melted completely.
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top of each serving.
