My initial reaction to these cookies was amazing! I never thought that oats would make a great ingredient for cookies. I know for sure that peanut butter is awesome in cookies because I’ve had it once or twice. If you want to take a break from the usual flavors of cookies, then, this is the best recipe for you to try. The flavor of the oats combined with the rest of the ingredients is incredible. It makes a great snack or even breakfast! My kids could not get enough of it. They always race to the kitchen every time they smell these freshly-baked cookies. Kids, right? Feel free to add more ingredients though if you think this can get better. Enjoy!
