Ingredients:
8 slices white bread
4 Eggs
1 ¼ c whole milk
1 tbsp pure vanilla extract
1 c Nutella
Butter for greasing the baking dish
Directions:
Step 1: Brush an 11×7-inch baking dish with butter.
Step 2: Add the eggs, vanilla, and milk in a medium mixing bowl. Whisk until well mixed.
Step 3: Spread each of the 8 slices of bread with 2 tablespoons of Nutella.
Step 4: Roll each of them into a “cigar shape.”
Step 5: Dip each roll into the egg mixture and arrange them side by side into the prepared baking dish.
Step 6: Pour the rest of the custard on top.
Step 7: Place the baking dish inside the fridge to chill for at least 2 hours or overnight.
Step 8: Prepare the oven and preheat to 190 degrees C or 375 degrees F.
Step 9: Place the rolls inside the preheated oven and bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown.
Step 10: Sprinkle powdered sugar on top and drizzle melted Nutella on top.
Step 11: Serve with maple syrup and strawberries on the side. Enjoy!
