This recipe has always been a part of my family since I was a little kid. I remember my grandma used to make these No-Bake Energy Balls all the time! I am 100 per cent sure that you and your kids are going to love every bite of these heavenly treats! I am so glad that I gave this recipe a try because I never would have tasted perfection! Oh, man, you are so in for a treat! As perfect as this recipe already is, feel free to add more ingredients if you prefer. I am sure that you can do a lot to make this very simple recipe even better! Ingredients:
1 ⅓ c old fashioned oats (rolled oats)
½ c mini dark chocolate chips
1 ½ c no-stir creamy peanut butter
½ c vanilla protein powder
½ c honey
⅛ tsp salt
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl, add the vanilla protein powder, no-stir creamy peanut butter, mini dark chocolate, rolled oats, salt, and honey. Stir until well mixed.
Line a cookie sheet with wax paper.
Scoop the mixture one by one, then drop each onto the prepared cookie sheet. Make sure to leave a small space between each ball.
Roll each ball with your clean palms.
Place then energy balls inside the fridge to chill for about an hour.
Serve and enjoy!
Note:
Place any leftovers inside a Ziplock bag, then place them inside the freezer. Reheat when serving again.
