Ingredients:
Crust:
30 Graham Crackers crushed or 3 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
5 tablespoons melted butter
2 tablespoons Brown Sugar
Filling:
16 ounces softened Cream Cheese
1 c Sugar
½ c Eggnog
1 teaspoon Rum Extract
½ teaspoon Nutmeg
¼ teaspoon Cinnamon
16 oz Heavy Whipping Cream
Directions:
Step 1: Put the graham crackers in a food processor and pulse until crushed.
Step 2: Add in the sugar and butter, then pulse again until well combined.
Step 3: Transfer the mixture into a springform pan and press it hard on the bottom and sides.
Step 4: Place it inside the fridge to chill for about 30 minutes.
Step 5: In a large mixing bowl, add the cream cheese and sugar. Beat until well mixed or creamy.
Step 6: Add in the rum extract, eggnog, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Beat until well combined.
Step 7: Whip the heavy cream until it forms stiff peaks.
Step 8: Transfer the eggnog mixture into the whipped cream and stir until well combined.
Step 9: Spread the mixture over the crust.
Step 10: Place it inside the fridge to chill for 2 to 3 hours.
Step 11: Spread more whipped cream on top.
