This recipe has always been a part of my family since I was little. My aunt used to make this delicious dessert all the time! I am so grateful to her for sharing this recipe with me because now, I get to share it with you as well! If you want only the best for your loved ones, then you have got to give this recipe a try! Ingredients:
1 ½ c flaked coconut
1 ½ c milk
1 (9 inches) pie shell, baked
1 (8 oz.) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 (5 oz.) package instant vanilla pudding mix
Directions:
Add the milk and pudding mix into a mixing bowl. Stir until well blended and thick.
Add ½ of the non-dairy whipped topping and 1 cup of coconut milk into the bowl with the pudding mixture. Stir until well blended.
Transfer the mixture into the prepared crust and spread it evenly.
Add the rest of the non-dairy whipped topping over the pie and spread it evenly.
Sprinkle the rest of the coconut on top.
Place it inside the fridge to chill for several hours.
Serve cold and enjoy!
