Ingredients:
1 c raw walnuts
½ c raw almonds
12 Medjool dates, pitted
⅓ c cacao powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ c mini chocolate chips
1–2 tablespoons water, as needed
Directions:
Step 1: In a food processor, add the almonds, walnuts, cacao powder, Medjool dates, vanilla extract, and salt. Pulse until it turns into a sticky dough. (Add more water if the texture of the dough is crumbly.)
Step 2: Move the dough from the food processor into a mixing bowl.
Step 3: Add in the chocolate chips and mix until well combined. (You either use a spatula or your hands to mix everything.)
Step 4: Line with parchment paper a clean plate.
Step 5: Scoop 1-inch balls out of the brownie dough and roll them with your hands.
Step 6: Arrange the balls onto the lined plate.
Step 7: Serve and enjoy!
Notes:
Feel free to use regular chocolate chips instead of mini chocolate chips.
Place the brownie bites in an airtight container. You either put them inside the fridge or at room temperature. They can last up to 1 week.
