If you want the perfect meal for tonight, worry no more. I have a recipe for you to try if you have a lot of time to spare before dinner. I promise you that this Roast beef is worth all your efforts. I made this yesterday. See, yesterday was our anniversary. My partner was so impressed with this dish. I get why because it was the first time that I cooked something fancy for the both of us. We finished two bottles of wine and of course this roast beef. It was so romantic. We talked about everything and how lucky we were to find each other in this crazy world. Anyway, enough with the story. This recipe will bring satisfaction to your hearts and tummies! Feel free to add more ingredients though if you feel like it. Give it your take. Enjoy!

1 (4 pounds) standing beef rib roast
