Ingredients:
2 pounds / 1kg Baby Potatoes
2 tablespoons Unsalted Butter, melted
1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 heaped teaspoon EACH: Ground Sage, Onion Powder
¾ teaspoon salt, or to taste
¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
Directions:
Thinly slice the potatoes but make sure not to cut them all the way. Place them into a mixing bowl.
In a mixing bowl, add the melted butter and seasoning, then stir until well mixed.
Pour the mixture over the potatoes and toss until well coated.
Transfer the potatoes onto a baking tray and spread them.
Mix a drizzle of oil and the rest of the seasoning. Brush the potatoes with the mixture.
Prepare the oven and preheat to 200 degrees C or 400 degrees F.
Place the potatoes inside the preheated oven and bake for about 30 minutes or until done.
Remove from the oven and allow them to cool for a few minutes at room temperature.
Serve with your preferred dip. Enjoy!
