Ingredients:
½ c Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon seasoning salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 c mayonnaise (for a healthier option, use plain Greek yoghurt in place of the mayo)
Directions:
Prepare the oven and preheat to 190 degrees C or 375 degrees F.
Add mayonnaise, the seasonings, cheese into a mixing bowl. Stir until well blended.
Spoon the mixture over each chicken breast and spread it evenly.
Arrange the chicken breasts into a baking dish. Make sure to leave a small space between each chicken.
Place the baking dish inside the preheated oven and bake the chicken for 45 minutes or until done.
Remove the chicken breasts from the oven and allow them to rest for a few minutes at room temperature.
Serve and enjoy!
