My love for pickles is undeniably strong, and I can eat them every day. I am a sucker of finding a new way to eat my pickles because I think I’ve done most of it. The recipe is so simple yet so delicious, how had I never thought of this? What’s wrong with me? To make this Magic Pickle Dip, you only need (3) basic ingredients.
If you are bonkers for pickles or anyone you love, do a kindness to yourself or them. Make this dip, place a bowl next to some sturdy chips or pretzels or crackers or sticks of vegetables or a sweet, polished spoon and feel the love. It is a base of cream cheese filled with chopped pickles and dried beef. It’s an uncommon product that everyone would certainly devour with familiar flavors.
Ingredients:
1 (8 oz) package softened cream cheese
(6) spears dill pickle spears, diced
1 (2 oz) package of thinly sliced dried beef, chopped
Directions:
Add and mix the softened cream cheese, diced pickle, and chopped beef until well combined. Chill until ready to serve.
Notes:
It’s an obvious one, and it is a dip made by a pickle lover for pickle-lovers. If you don’t like pickles, then you probably won’t enjoy it. Contrary, if you love pickles, you’ll truly, madly, and intensely love this.
If you cut the pickles finely, you can get more dip on something you’re dunking. You get bigger bursts of pickle flavor if you cut your pickles more coarsely. Chop them accordingly.
It also makes an excellent sandwich spread if you end up with leftover magic pickle dip. With a big crowd, this recipe can be quickly duplicated or tripled, and you can prepare it up to 8 hours in advance.
