This recipe has always been a part of my family since I was a little kid. I remember my grandma used to cook this all the time! I am so grateful to her for sharing this with me because now, I get to share it with you as well. How awesome is that? Ingredients:
1 tablespoon ginger
2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce or coconut aminos
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 lb. ground sausage
1 tablespoon Red pepper flakes
7 c Coleslaw mix
½ c green onions
Directions:
Place a skillet on the stove and turn the heat to medium.
Add a bit of oil and allow it to become hot.
Add the sausage and cook for a few minutes until crumbly and brown. Make sure to stir from time to time.
Add the garlic, ginger, Coleslaw mix, and soy sauce. Stir until well blended.
Sprinkle freshly chopped green onions on top to garnish.
Drizzle sweet and sour soy sauce on top.
Serve hot and enjoy!
