Oh, man, you have got to give this one a try, I’m telling you! What I love about this is the versatility. You can serve this pretty much any time of the day! My kids could not get enough of it. This was probably the fifth time I cooked it this week! Yes, it’s that good! Well, I have listed all the ingredients and directions so all you have to do is to follow them step by step and you are good to go! You are more than welcome to tweak this recipe to your preference. Ingredients:
1 lb ground sausage
7 c Coleslaw mix
2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce or coconut aminos
1 tablespoon ginger
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ c green onions
Optional
1 tablespoon Red pepper flakes
Directions:
Place a skillet on the stove and turn the heat to medium.
Add a bit of oil and allow it to become hot.
Add the sausage and cook for a few minutes until crumbly and brown. Make sure to stir from time to time.
Add the ginger, garlic, soy sauce, and Coleslaw mix. Stir until well mixed.
Sprinkle freshly chopped green onions on top.
Drizzle sweet and sour soy sauce.
Serve and enjoy!
