This recipe I am sharing with you today has always been a part of my family since I was little. I remember my grandma used to make these heavenly treats all the time! Ingredients:
½ c sour cream
4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 green onions, sliced (green part only)
¾ c cheddar cheese, shredded
48-60 frozen tater tots (16 ounces bag)
Directions:
Prepare the oven and preheat to 225 degrees C or 450 degrees F.
Fill each cup of a regular muffin pan with 5 tater tots.
Place the pan inside the preheated oven and bake the tater tots for about 10 minutes.
Remove the pan from the oven.
Apply cooking spray to the bottom of a small glass.
Use the glass to press each muffin cup.
Put them back inside the oven and bake for 15 more minutes or until they turn golden brown.
Add cheese in each cup, then bake for another 5 minutes or until the cheese has melted completely.
Remove from the oven and allow them to rest for a few minutes at room temperature.
Fill each tater top cup with bacon, sour cream, or green onions.
Serve and enjoy!
