Ingredients:
FOR THE BURGERS:
2 ¼ lbs lean ground beef
1 tbsp kosher salt (or to taste)
2 tsp black pepper
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
½ c grated onion
6 slices American cheese
6 slices mozzarella cheese
6 slices sharp cheddar cheese
12 strips uncooked bacon
FOR THE BURGER SAUCE:
¼ c mayonnaise
2 tsp hot sauce (or to taste)
¼ c thousand island dressing
TO ASSEMBLE:
12 brioche slider buns
3–4 large leaves of green lettuce
2 tomatoes, sliced thin
Dill pickle chips, optional, to top
Directions:
Prepare the oven and preheat to 200 degrees C or 400 degrees F.
Apply cooking spray in a 13×9-inch rimmed pan.
Add the ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, grated onion, salt, and pepper into a large mixing bowl. Stir until well mixed.
Add ½ of the ground beef mixture onto the prepared pan and spread it evenly.
Arrange the cheeses over the meat mixture into 2 rows.
Spread the rest of the meat mixture over the cheese.
Arrange the bacon slices over the meat mixture.
Place the pan inside the preheated oven and bake for about 30 minutes or until done.
Meanwhile, add hot sauce, mayonnaise, and a thousand island dressing into a mixing bowl. Stir until well blended.
Add lettuce and tomato over the bottom buns.
Remove the burger from the oven and discard any excess grease.
Top each prepared bun with a burger patty.
Run a knife in between each slider.
Serve and enjoy!
