Ingredients:
1 ½ c cheese shredded (I used a Colby and Monterrey Jack Cheese)
Leftover fully cooked Carnitas meat about ½ to 1 lb.
Directions:
Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.
Line with parchment paper a large baking sheet.
Lay 6 rounds of shredded cheese onto the prepared baking sheet.
Fill each cheese with shredded meat.
Place it inside the preheated oven and bake for about 15 minutes or until the cheese turns golden brown and a bit toasted.
Remove from the oven, then roll each into a taco shell.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
