If you are looking for a low-carb food to eat today, then this Keto Crack Chicken in the Crock Pot is perfect! You can eat a lot of it and not feel guilty afterwards! Cooked to perfection in the slow cooker for about 4 hours, this dish is a total family favorite! This recipe can serve up to 8 people so make sure to invite some friends over and let them taste how insanely delicious this dish is. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
8-ounces package of Philadelphia Cream Cheese, cut into chunks
½ c shredded cheddar cheese
2 lbs. of defrosted chicken breasts
½ c chicken broth
8 slices of cooked and crumbled bacon
1 Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning packet
Directions:
In your slow cooker, pour in the broth.
Add the Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning packet and stir until well blended with the broth.
Place the chicken breasts into the slow cooker. Make sure that they are defrosted.
Cover and seal the slow cooker, then cook the chicken breasts for about 4 hours on a high setting or 8 hours on a low setting.
Transfer the chicken breasts onto a clean plate, then use two forks to shred them into small pieces. Put them back into the slow cooker.
Add bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, and Philadelphia cream cheese. Stir everything until well blended.
Cover the slow cooker, then cook everything for 5 to 10 more minutes or until the cream cheese has completely melted.
Serve right away. Enjoy!
Notes:
I highly suggest serving this Keto Crack Chicken in the Crock Pot with portobello mushrooms.
You can shred the chicken in the slow cooker, but I prefer doing it on a plate.
Place any leftovers in an airtight container, then place them in the fridge.
