This pizza will surely blow your minds out! The combination of all the flavours is superb! This recipe is a must-try!
Ingredients:
1 ½ c plus ¾ cup of shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
2 oz cream cheese
1 Egg
¾ c almond flour
6 strips bacon
¼ c ranch dressing
1 c shredded chicken breast
Directions:
Step 1: Prepare the oven and preheat to 200 degrees C or 400 degrees F.
Step 2: In a large microwavable bowl, add the cream cheese and 1 ½ cups of the shredded mozzarella cheese.
Step 3: Place the bowl inside the microwave and heat for about 30 seconds. Make sure to stir after 15 seconds.
Step 4: Remove from the microwave and stir until well blended.
Step 5: Add in almond flour and egg. Stir until well mixed.
Step 6: Use your hands to knead the dough inside the bowl and shape it into a ball.
Step 7: Line with parchment paper a baking sheet.
Step 8: Put the ball of dough in the middle of the baking sheet. Press the dough to a rectangle shape about 9×13-inches.
Step 9: Place the baking sheet inside the preheated oven and bake for 8 minutes at 200 degrees C or 400 degrees F or until the edges start to turn brown.
Step 10: Remove the pizza from the oven and allow it to cool at room temperature for at least 5 minutes.
Step 11: Adjust the temperature of the oven down to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.
Step 12: Place a skillet on the stove and turn the heat to medium.
Step 13: Add the bacon and cook until crispy.
Step 14: Remove the skillet from the heat and transfer the bacon on a clean plate lined with paper towels.
Step 15: Spread ranch dressing on top of the pizza crust.
Step 16: Place the shredded chicken on top of the ranch dressing.
Step 17: Spread the rest of the shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
Step 18: Place the pizza inside the oven and bake for another 8 minutes or until the cheese has melted completely.
Step 19: Remove from the oven and slice the pizza into 6 even sizes.
Step 20: Serve hot. Enjoy!
